Commission Process

Phase 1You fancy my work and want me to draw for you. You’ve sent your reference/s via Twitter, Email or Furaffinity.Phase 2Your commission is approved PayPal payment is paid in full including additional PayPal fees. Work begins!Phase 3Low resolution wip is sent in.
A maximum of 2 big revisions are allowed during this phase.Phase 4The work is fresh out of the oven, your high resolution image awaits you via the agreed upon medium! You can now use your profile/ emote/ gif/ painting!

Terms & Conditions

Commissions are for personal use only, no commercial work is accepted at this time.Payment:Paypal onlyListed prices do not include Paypal fees.Payments happen in full upon commission approval.Scroll to Rights & License for information on cancellations and refunds.Revisions:A major revision is only allowed in phase one (sketch) with a maximum of 2 revisions, more than that there will be additional charges.
The subject of the commission shall not change once the commission is approved.DO's:

(I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable with the subject of the drawing.)

Rights & License

  • Commissions are a service, as the artist I retain all rights to the artwork even though the character is your idea.

  • As such, I have the right to post commissions as a part of my portfolio.

  • I also retain the right to refuse to post it anywhere and only deliver through private messages (in which case, a discussion can be made as to whether you are allowed to post it to your gallery.)

  • I have the right to sell the artworks as prints.

  • Commission prices can change at any time.

  • Payment will happen through Paypal and the currency will be in Euro unless otherwise discussed.

  • I do not provide refunds for completed work.

  • Anonymous art won’t be posted to any of my commission pages or portfolio.

  • The anonymous commission fee is 50Euro .

  • Anonymous commissions will not be posted to any of my social media pages or used in my portfolio in any way.

  • If I cannot complete your commission because of personal reasons, you will be given a full refund.

  • If I can't complete the picture because of lack of communication or issues from the customer's side, you will be provided with a full refund but will not be receiving the unfinished piece and it will be reworked and sold as a YCH instead, or modded in a way to allow me to still gain profit from the work I have done. The artist reserves the right to chose to not work with said commissioner in the future.

  • All Communication about the commission will be done through Private messaging. (Furaffinity notes, Discord, or Twitter, email)

  • Please allow for up to 48 hours for a reply. Feel free to send in a reminder within 48 hours to an unopened message. It is expected that you will be open to communicate if you commission me, if you do not respond to an unopened message within 4 days, I will consider your commission to be On Hold and stop working on it. Work can be resumed when contact is initiated again.

  • If you continue to not reply for a 1 week in a row and I am unable to get in contact with you, the art piece will be finished according to the original commission info and process will be considered complete.

  • Only one work will be commissioned at a time. That means a single WIP (work in progress) /draft.

  • Changes in later phases might result in a fee depending on complexity. Unless this change is not caused by a lack of information rom the customers side.
